FALL SOCCER REGISTRATION

REGISTER BEFORE IT’S TOO LATE!

Our records indicate that you have not registered for the Fall Soccer Season, if you want to play this fall it is important that you register immediately. Several age groups are filling up and there is no guarantee that you will be placed on a team if you register late. Teams for players entering the 5^th grade must be registered with the NWBSA by June 1^st so it is important that you register if you expect to play in the fall.

The Waldwick Soccer Association has extended the registration period until FRIDAY MAY 15th. ANY REGISTRATIONS AFTER MAY 15TH WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY THE LATE FEES AND ARE NOT GUARANTEED REGISTRATION FOR THE FALL SEASON. Please be sure to enclose a current wallet size photograph (for those aged 10 and older or entering the 5^th Grade) and the registration fee of $50.00 per child (family maximum $125.00).

Please call Ed Sandve, League Registrar, at 201-445-8848 if you have any questions. You may obtain registration forms by accessing the WSA website at www.waldwicksoccer.com. Mail the form to the P.O. box or drop it off in my mailbox at 77 East Prospect Street.
